Breading Table: BTS (Back-splash)

Fabristeel Breading Table is a self-contained prep table that allows the operators to dip, bread, sift and rack food efficiently while leaving minimum footprints.

Our breading systems are designed to produce pressured and non-pressured fried food that maintains a consistent look and taste while keeping the costs down and the reduction of breading waste.

Unlike others, the systems are incorporated with a slide-in design that allows operator to effortlessly “Slide-in” the flour laden breading bins instead of “Dropping-in” top leading model. Thus, reducing the operators’ fatigue level and the operational safety.
