Holding Cabinet : ½HCLD

The ½HCLD Holding Cabinet is a table top unit that can keep food hot and fresh at the desired temperature, until it is ready to be served.  The LED lighting installed on the ½HCLD enhances food on display inside the Holding Cabinet.

The combination of good quality heating element and powerful-highly efficient fan circulate the hot air evenly on all levels, keeping the food hot.

The Flip Door, mounted on an Awning Door Frame can be fully opened for quick and full access of the Cabinet when loading the products; and the Flip Doors help to prevent heat loss when a user needs to access only a certain tray or tier. 

With ½HCLD Holding Cabinet, food safety is never compromise.

The Fabristeel Holding Cabinet is a highly efficient, fully insulated cabinet that is designed to keep food safe, hot and fresh at the desired temperature until it is ready to be served.

Two powerful, highly efficient fans and a high capacity heating element, combining with its specially designed interior, it aids in recirculating the hot humidified air throughout all levels of the cabinet. Its specially designed quick recovery system aids in maintaining the temperature on the inside even through the consistent opening and closing of doors.

Food can also be prepared ahead of time, which reduces the work hours required during peak periods.
